the short version

we collect only what's necessary to respond to you and scope potential work. we don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for anything beyond the work you've engaged us for. if that ever changes, we'll tell you directly — clearly, before it happens.

what we collect

when you contact us via the form or chat, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your business name (if provided)
• what systems you're running (if provided)
• a description of what you need help with

that's it. we don't run advertising trackers. we don't use third-party analytics that fingerprint you. we don't place persistent cookies beyond what's technically required to serve the site.

why we collect it

to respond to your enquiry and to understand whether we're a fit for the work you need done. nothing else. we won't add you to a mailing list, pass your details to anyone else, or use your contact information for marketing purposes.

data we handle during project work

if we work together, the project may involve us accessing or processing data from your business systems — booking records, operational data, customer information.

we use that data only to do the work. we don't store it beyond what's needed for the engagement, we don't analyse it for our own purposes, and we don't share it with anyone. once the project is complete and handed over, any data we accessed is deleted from our systems.

how long we keep your enquiry

we retain contact enquiries for as long as there's a reasonable chance of a working relationship forming. if nothing has progressed after 12 months, we delete the record. you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — no questions asked.

if this policy ever changes

we will not quietly update this page and move on. if we ever want to change how we handle data, we'll contact everyone whose data we hold — directly, by email — with a clear explanation of what's changing and why, before it changes. you'll always have the option to have your data deleted instead.

we want to run this business the way we'd want to be treated as a client. no surprises. nothing buried in small print.
